All of our Notary Public’s are Licensed lawyers and have been appointed by the Ministry of the Attorny General of Ontario.

All of our notaries have been appointed under the Notaries Act and, our lawyers in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

Our notary public is also registered with the United Stated Consulate in Toronto and can notarize U.S. documents. We are registered and listed as an official notary with the United States Consulate however, our notary seal will say Ontario. We recommend that you confirm with the third party requiring the notarization in the United States if this is acceptable.
